"Client", "you", and "your" refer to the person or organisation using BuzzScout. "BuzzScout", "we", "our", and "us" refer to BuzzScout Inc. "Party" or "Parties" refers to both you and BuzzScout together. These definitions apply to the Terms, Privacy Policy, and all referenced agreements.
We use cookies to power essential features, remember preferences, and analyse product usage. By using BuzzScout you consent to cookies as described in our Privacy Policy. Some third-party integrations may also place cookies when enabled.
Unless otherwise stated, BuzzScout and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on buzzscout.io. You may access BuzzScout for your own business use subject to the restrictions below. You must not republish or resell BuzzScout content, nor present it as your own product or service without written permission.
BuzzScout may provide areas for comments or feedback. We do not pre-screen submissions; they reflect your own views. By posting you warrant that you have the necessary rights, and you grant BuzzScout a non-exclusive licence to use and display the content for service-related purposes. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account dashboard; access continues until the end of the billing period. Fees are charged in advance. We may update pricing with reasonable notice via the app or email. Refund requests are considered within 48 hours of billing—contact atlas@buzzscout.io.
Organisations such as search engines, news outlets, online directories, government agencies, and accredited businesses may link to BuzzScout without prior approval, provided the link is not deceptive and does not imply sponsorship. We may consider other link requests on a case-by-case basis. Approved sites may link using our name or URL but may not use BuzzScout logos without permission.
We are not responsible for content appearing on third-party websites that link to BuzzScout. You agree to defend us against claims arising from content placed on your site that references BuzzScout.
We may request removal of any BuzzScout link if we deem it inappropriate. We also reserve the right to amend these Terms and our linking policy at any time. Continuing to use or link to BuzzScout constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
BuzzScout is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be limited by law.
