This Privacy Policy explains how BuzzScout ("BuzzScout", "we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you access buzzscout.io (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described below. Questions? Email atlas@buzzscout.io.
Capitalised terms have the meanings given in this section. "Account" means a unique account created for you to access the Service. "Personal Data" means information that can identify a person. "Usage Data" means data collected automatically, such as device identifiers, IP address, browser type, and page interactions.
We collect Personal Data you provide (for example email address, name, payment details) and Usage Data generated when you use the Service. Usage Data includes device information, log data, and interaction events (e.g., when you create a project or respond to an alert).
BuzzScout uses cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies to authenticate sessions, remember preferences, and analyse product usage. BuzzScout is not directed to individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with Personal Data, contact us so we can remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the revised policy with an updated "Last updated" date and, when required, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
